How To Order
1. Start by submitting a good sized, clear photo. The photo should meet the following standards below.
The photo should be zoomed in as much as possible
The subject should NOT be off in the distance in the photo
A good rule of thumb is that the whites of the eyes should be clearly visible
Hair should be well seen to view how it is combed
There should NOT be glare from glasses or reading lenses
The face of the subject should be at least 2-3 inches high
The higher the resolution the better. 640 x 480 resolution or higher
If you need your photo/photos scanned try Kinkos or Office Max for professional scanning near you.
The more detail in the photo the better since I will have more to work with and your work of art will be more impressive. Please try and send a copy and not an original if you are sending via regular mail. ***Remember that the final portrait is a direct result of the quality of photo or photos that you submit. I strive to capture every detail I can from your photos and depending on the quality of the photos, the results may vary. Each drawing is a Work Of Art and is an 'artistic interpretation' of your photo.*** All photos must be approved by the artist.

2. Contact me to clarify details of your desired portrait (Head to shoulders portrait, subject positioning, etc. Desired completion date, etc. If you are submitting photos via email you can send me any details or other information at that time.
3. Payment: We accept checks, money orders, or use your credit card with Paypal.
I require half of the total for work to begin. You have the option to pay in full before work begins thus speeding up the turnaround time. If you pay in full then I can get your portrait to you faster. Once payment is recieved I will be able to put your portrait into my drawing schedule. An estimated completion date will be given to you. Normally it will take 2-3 weeks for complete turnaround time depending on my current commissions work load. Around the Holidays I get the most work so try to order early. Please send a check or money order along with your photos if you are sending your photo/photos via regular mail. This will avoid gaps in the completion process.

PayPal is the fastest and most secure way to sent payments.
It also speeds up the turnaround time and I will be able to get your portrait to you faster.
If you decide to pay using PayPal please sent me your email so that way I can send you a payment invoice through Paypal.
4. Upon completion you will be sent a preview of your portrait via email. From this photo you can suggest any changes, and continue to do so until you are satisfied. Once satisfied if you made half payment then this would be the time to send the other half. After recieving the other half of the payment I will send you your portrait and any photos you submitted.
If you pay in full before work begins then I can get your portrait to you faster!
***For local clients final payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery. Remember that at least half of the total is required before work will begin.***
